Your doctor or healthcare provider (HCP) sends us your prescription(s)—and you must call to enroll in the program. When you call, a Pharm-Assist Direct Customer Service Coordinator will check your insurance coverage. If prior authorization is required, the coordinator will work with your doctor/HCP to submit the correct forms.
The coordinator will also help you look for additional copay savings and find out how your medicine should be delivered to you—at the pharmacy or shipped to your home.
